About Peter

Pete Voss is the Founder and Owner of 3% Listing Co., which works to separate the traditional requirement of home sellers to offer compensation to a buyer’s representative from any agreements to represent, list, & market their real estate interests. Licensed since 2010, Pete has experience in residential, commercial, & investment transactions, along with residential property management. He is an active member of his local Board and MLS, and is past chairman of the Information Technology Services committee since 2019. Passionate about the business of real estate, he enjoys helping however needed, empowering and navigating agent growth, and prides himself on being a problem solver. “Real estate transactions aren’t always easy, but that's when having a quality agent is your greatest asset.” With a desire to foster upfront, honest, & transparent relationships and agreements, while seeing potential massive industry changes on the horizon, Pete, and his father Chris Holvoet, began 3% Listing Co. in 2023 as a way to pioneer a change for how clients and agents view, discuss, and disclose compensation and representation.
